kkkpk Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and kkkpk ("kkkpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kkkpk.biz. By accessing the kkkpk website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the kkkpk platform and close your account. Continued use of any kkkpk service after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the complete agreement between you and kkkpk.

To register and use the kkkpk platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kkkpk strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships and other legal entities may not hold kkkpk player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services does not violate applicable laws.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from kkkpk or any other gambling platform under a voluntary or operator-imposed exclusion.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

kkkpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Players who cannot or do not provide satisfactory verification may have their accounts suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an account found to be ineligible will be void and forfeited.

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one kkkpk account. Registration of more than one account per person — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your kkkpk account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. kkkpk is not liable for problems resulting from outdated information provided by the player.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your kkkpk account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, contact kkkpk support immediately at support@kkkpk.biz to have your account secured.
• kkkpk reserves the right to close any account that was registered using false or unverifiable information, with no obligation to return any balance held.

All deposits and withdrawals on the kkkpk platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kkkpk supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly. IBFT transfers are credited within one banking business hour during normal banking hours.
• Withdrawal processing: kkkpk targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to four hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal verification: kkkpk may request identity or payment method verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Fees: kkkpk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges over which kkkpk has no control.

kkkpk reserves the right to return deposits to their source payment method if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit was made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances the deposit will be refunded and the account reviewed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, to prevent money laundering. kkkpk complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may suspend withdrawals pending AML review where required.

kkkpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and on our Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all kkkpk bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 175,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games: Unless stated otherwise, all casino games contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Sports bets and PSL bets contribute 100% when placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Specific games may be excluded from wagering fulfilment — these will be clearly listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire 30 days from the date they are credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds to real withdrawable funds is 5× the original bonus amount.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per kkkpk account at any given time. If you opt into a new promotion while a bonus is active, the existing bonus terms apply until completion or expiry.
• Abuse: kkkpk reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional terms.

All games on the kkkpk platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Game outcomes are determined independently of kkkpk's commercial interests and cannot be influenced by staff, management or any third party.

By playing games on kkkpk you agree to the following:

• You will play games only for personal entertainment and will not attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• You will not use any software, tool, script or bot to automate gameplay, gain statistical advantages, or interfere with game outcomes.
• In multiplayer games including live dealer tables, you will not collude with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• You will not exploit any software bug, glitch or error. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned to kkkpk.
• kkkpk publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game in the lobby. These figures represent theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

For crash games specifically, the crash point for each round is determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm before the round begins. The hash of the result is published to all players prior to the round starting and can be independently verified after the round concludes. kkkpk's crash game integrity is a mathematical property, not a policy claim.

For PSL betting and other sports markets, kkkpk reserves the right to void bets where a market has been clearly offered in error (e.g. incorrect odds due to a technical fault). Stakes on voided bets are returned in full to the player's account.

kkkpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. We believe entertainment and safety are not in conflict — they must coexist.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kkkpk account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the reduction request.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, per day, or per week.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion from kkkpk for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. During self-exclusion your account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Permanent closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time. kkkpk will close the account and return any real-money balance within five business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkkpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one kkkpk account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
• Using the kkkpk platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activity or any other financial crime.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the kkkpk platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors, whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate testing.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or on sports betting markets.
• Abusing kkkpk bonuses through low-risk wagering patterns, matched betting, or other systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the kkkpk platform or its infrastructure.
• Allowing a minor to access your kkkpk account.
• Betting on behalf of any third party or operating a syndicate through a single account.

All content on the kkkpk platform — including but not limited to the kkkpk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content and software — is the intellectual property of kkkpk or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kkkpk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any kkkpk content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any kkkpk software or content.
• Use the kkkpk brand, logo or trademarks in any context — online or offline — without express written authorisation from kkkpk.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine or otherwise extract content from the kkkpk platform for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkkpk's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

kkkpk is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or data arising from your use of the platform, even where such loss was foreseeable.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, network outages or force majeure events.
• Bets that could not be placed or cash-outs that could not be executed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand applicable game rules, bonus terms or these Terms.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, failed transfers or charges applied by those providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits kkkpk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by kkkpk's negligence, to the extent that such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

kkkpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where kkkpk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account was registered using false or unverifiable information.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity on the platform.
• An AML investigation or regulatory obligation requires account restriction.
• The player's account poses a risk to other players, the platform or kkkpk's reputation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kkkpk will inform the player via their registered email or mobile number as soon as it is practical to do so. Real-money balances will be held securely during any investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player in full.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kkkpk support. On confirmed closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

kkkpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to kkkpk processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, kkkpk uses your personal data to:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the kkkpk platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and kkkpk will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
